Paying Guests who wish to book their accommodation may do so by downloading and taking a printout of the relevant forms available in the links above.

Paying Guests will need to fill the forms, sign the same and send a scanned copy of the form to the Paying Guest Management by email. Paying Guest accommodation will be deemed as booked only after receiving the fees as mentioned in the Fee / Charges sections.

Agreement / Registration / Renewals forms received without the necessary Fees / Charges will not be considered as a booking.

Original Signed Forms will need to be submitted to the Paying Guest Management at their office before joining the Paying Guest Accommodation. Scanned copies will be accepted only for ease of booking and are not meant to replace the Original Signed Forms.

Renewal Form is to be used by existing Paying Guests who have already registered with us before for renewing their yearly agreement.
